Job Summary: The Strategic Resources Manager will assist the Executive Director and Board Members of the Great City Foundation with administrative tasks needed to accomplish the foundation’s mission and vision. The Strategic Resources Manager will complete a broad variety of tasks that support daily activities of the office and workplace including: bill payment, managing an active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence; and assisting in event planning. The Strategic Resources Manager must be creative and enjoy working within a small mission-driven environment that is community minded. The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations along with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills. The Strategic Resources Manager must have the ability to work independently on projects, must be able to work under pressure at times, and to handle confidential matters with discretion.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Assist Executive Director with projects and events as assigned
- Manage planning of meetings, agendas, etc. for foundation functions
- Support daily activities of the office and workplace, including bill payment and mail
- Support fundraising activities
- Attend community meetings as assigned
- Prepare presentations / proposals as assigned
