Starting Salary: $80,000/year
Yacht Club at Aventura is a well-established 431-unit condominium community with owner-residents, long-term tenants and short-term rental guests.
We are seeking a high-integrity, organized and technology-oriented Florida LCAM with strong potential to grow in the position.
We are especially open to an early-career or developing manager who brings good judgment, strong work ethic and leadership ability. The successful candidate will inherit an experienced team in Maintenance, IT and Security. Our goal is to develop and improve the existing organization—not replace it with a new team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day condominium operations and administration.
- Supervise, coach and develop existing staff.
- Manage rentals, sales, transfers, owner/tenant documentation and resident records.
- Supervise the use of property management software for resident requests and communications.
- Oversee payroll information, attendance, invoices and administrative controls.
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, maintenance priorities and building projects.
- Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, reserves and cost control.
- Maintain compliance with Association rules, records and procedures.
- Prepare clear reports and recommendations for the Board.
- Identify problems proactively and follow approved actions through completion.
Our Management Philosophy
We operate with a strong focus on integrity, transparency, continuous improvement, technology and cost discipline.
Vendor recommendations must be objective, competitive and based solely on the best interests of the Association. Any potential conflict of interest must be disclosed. This philosophy has helped the Association maintain a highly efficient operating cost structure while continuing to invest in the property.
Qualifications
- Active Florida CAM/LCAM license.
- Relevant condominium, HOA or property-management experience.
- Familiarity with Florida Statutes Chapter 718.
- Strong ethics, organization and follow-through.
- Comfortable supervising employees and working with an active Board.

- College or post-secondary education preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills required.
- Candidates who hold an active real estate license or are currently engaged in any real estate-related business will not be considered for this position.
Experience with budgeting, reserves, SIRS, milestone inspections or major projects is a plus, but integrity, learning ability and potential are more important than many years of experience.

- Performance-based salary growth
- Annual bonus opportunity
- Competitive PTO and paid holidays
- Support from an experienced internal team and external accounting, legal and professional Board.
