Job Summary
Searching for a night person to work 5 days a week. Someone that knows how to dispatch as well.
Respond to dispatch calls in a timely manner to assist with vehicle breakdowns.
Operate light-duty tow trucks to safely load, secure, and transport vehicles.
Provide roadside assistance (jump starts, tire changes, lockouts, fuel delivery, etc.).
Maintain accurate records of services performed, mileage, and customer interactions.
Communicate professionally with customers, law enforcement, and dispatch personnel.
Follow all company policies, DOT regulations, and safety procedures.
Inspect and maintain tow truck equipment to ensure it is clean, functional, and compliant with safety standards.
Handle vehicles with care to avoid damage during towing or recovery.
Valid driver’s license.
Clean driving record with a strong safety history.
Previous towing or roadside assistance experience.
Ability to operate tow truck equipment (wheel-lift, flatbed, winch, etc.).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and handle physically demanding tasks.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
