Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Manage client inquiries, account updates, and follow-up activities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 0-3 years of professional experience in customer service, sales, account management, banking, hospitality, or another client-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
- Positive attitude and desire for long-term career growth.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid office environment.
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the office as required.
