As a Technical Lead Engineer - Plating & Manufacturing, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting production operations and process improvements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$160,000 - $220,000
What's the Job?
- Lead and manage a team of technicians and operators in a fast-paced production environment to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met.
- Oversee electroplating operations, troubleshoot bath chemistry, equipment, and process issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Apply practical knowledge of machining and part handling to enhance workflow and product quality.
- Identify inefficiencies on the shop floor and implement hands-on process improvements to increase throughput and reduce rework.
- Ensure compliance with safety practices, environmental regulations, and quality standards through regular inspections and corrective actions.
What's Needed?
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in plating, machining, or manufacturing environments.
- Strong working knowledge of electroplating processes and shop operations.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role managing production teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment, processes, and quality issues in real time.
- Deep understanding of plating workflows, process controls, and safety standards.
