SafeSplash Swim School is part of a nationwide leader in swim instruction. We teach swimmers of all ages water safety and swim skills in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Our Summerlin location is under new management, and we are excited to grow our team.
We’re Hiring
We are looking for energetic, reliable, and positive Swim Instructors to join our Summerlin team immediately.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with kids, has a positive attitude, and wants to make a real impact by helping swimmers build confidence and safety in the water.
Schedule
Applicants must be available for all listed shifts:
Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Thursday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Responsibilities
Teach swim lessons to children and/or adults using the SafeSplash curriculum
Create a safe, fun, and positive class environment
Communicate professionally with students, parents, and staff
Help keep the pool area and facility clean, organized, and safe
Follow all safety, training, and company procedures
Qualifications
Enjoys working with children and families
Prior swim instruction, lifeguard, swim team, or childcare experience is a plus
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Comfortable working in the water
Must be able to work all listed days and shift times
Must pass a background check and complete required training
Pay
$15–$18 per hour, based on experience
Potential for higher pay for experienced instructors
Paid training provided
