Delta Lock is a leading provider of key management, locking solutions, and project services for multi-site retail and commercial customers nationwide.
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong project coordination background who enjoys managing multiple moving parts, keeping projects on schedule, and working with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
What You’ll Do
- Manage projects from order entry through completion
- Coordinate installation schedules and service providers
- Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables
- Maintain project documentation and records
- Organize key sheets, sales orders, and supporting project materials
- Create and maintain project tracking spreadsheets and status reports
- Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and project status
- Work closely with Account Management, Customer Relations, and leadership teams
- Identify risks or delays and help drive projects to completion
Qualifications
- 2+ years of project coordination, project management, operations, logistics, or related experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Experience coordinating field services, installations, or multi-location projects

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
