We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha and Micros, for efficient order processing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining a tidy restaurant environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or quick service/fast food environment is preferred.
- Culinary experience or food preparation skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as QU or Revel is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
