As the first person visitors, customers, and partners meet when they contact or visit our office, you'll play a critical role in representing our company and culture. While there are administrative and organizational responsibilities throughout the day, your most important job is ensuring every guest receives a warm, professional, and memorable experience.
What You'll Do
Create Outstanding Guest Experiences

- Build positive connections with customers, vendors, and team members
- Answer phones with a friendly, helpful attitude
- Ensure every guest feels acknowledged, valued, and cared for
- Represent Paul Davis with professionalism and positivity in every interaction
Keep the Office Running Smoothly
During quieter periods, you'll help support daily operations by:
- Managing incoming calls and directing inquiries
- Assisting with administrative and office support tasks
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Preparing conference rooms and common spaces for guests and meetings
- Supporting various office projects and team initiatives
- Helping ensure the office is ready to welcome visitors at all times

Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in a receptionist, hospitality, customer service, or front desk role preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- High School diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
