WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Project Executive role will be assigned to Vice Presidents and/or Senior Project Managers with a strong construction background and a history of successfully managing multiple projects. This leadership position requires a disciplined focus on process, excellent communication skills, the ability to motivate and train others, and a clear desire to advance by taking on more responsibility. The Project Executive leads the Project Management team from proposal through preconstruction to construction closeout.
WHAT YOU BRING:

Proven leadership experience as a Vice President or Senior Project Manager in construction, with a strong track record of managing multiple successful projects.

Deep knowledge of construction processes and best practices from proposal through preconstruction to project closeout.

Exceptional ability to develop and execute strategic plans for work acquisition, client development, and maintaining strong industry relationships.

Demonstrated expertise in preconstruction coordination, including collaboration with estimating, project managers, and owners to ensure profitable and quality project starts.

Strong financial acumen with experience managing project cost, change orders, billings, and cash flow to maximize profitability and minimize risk.

Effective skills in purchasing oversight and contract negotiation to secure the best value while ensuring scope alignment and project compliance.

Commitment to team leadership through mentorship, training, frequent communication, and fostering a positive, motivated culture aligned with company values.
