Main Responsibilities of a Customer Success Associate:
- Maintain customer relationships assigned by the Client Success Manager while delivering exceptional customer service and support.
- Monitor assigned accounts in company dashboards, oversee adoption rates, and ensure customer success with Verizon products and services.
- Assist with onboarding, implementation, and customer training sessions as part of the Customer Success Associate role.
- Communicate with account points-of-contact and support customers throughout their journey with professionalism and customer service excellence.
- Monitor proactive engagement signals and provide timely support to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Track key client metrics using internal systems and tools while maintaining organized account records and reports.
- Collaborate with leadership and team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience as a Customer Success Associate.
Qualifications for the Customer Success Associate:
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or account coordination is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Good emotional intelligence and the ability to build positive customer relationships.
- Organized and analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable learning CRM systems, dashboards, and new software tools.
