Job Title: Nationwide Independent Delivery Partner (1099) – Sprinter Van/Box Truck Required
About the Role: Trado is redefining logistics by getting anything, everywhere, anytime. We are seeking professional independent contractors to provide nationwide delivery services. You aren’t just a driver; you are a logistics partner responsible for cargo, from complex furniture moves to unique nationwide shipments.
What You’ll Do:
- Long-Haul Logistics: Safely transport items across 500–3,000+ mile routes nationwide.
- White-Glove Service: Provide a premium experience, including careful handling, interior placement, and professional setup.
- Assembly/Disassembly: Assist clients with furniture assembly/disassembly (e.g., bed frames, desks, shelving) as requested.
- Cargo Integrity: Execute meticulous packaging, wrapping, and strapping to ensure items arrive in pristine condition, regardless of the distance.
- Real-Time Transparency: Use the Trado driver app to provide status updates, GPS tracking, and clear communication with our 24/7 support team.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Equipment: Must own or lease a reliable Sprinter Van or Box Truck.
- Documentation: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Insurance: Must carry or be willing to maintain commercial vehicle insurance.
- Tools of the Trade: Ability to provide your own basic toolkit (for assembly) and protective gear (moving blankets, shrink wrap, cargo straps, dolly/hand truck).
- Physical Stamina: Comfort with lifting, navigating, and securing heavy or bulky items.
- Professionalism: A service-oriented mindset. You are the face of Trado at the point of delivery.
