OTR CDL Box Truck Driver
Location: Houston, TX or Austin, TX areas
Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Pay: 25% of Gross Revenue

We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL licensed OTR box truck driver ready to run 11+ hours and maximize earning potential. If you’re motivated, professional, and prepared for over-the-road runs, we want to hear from you.
Compensation
- 25% of gross revenue per load (with incentives and deductions)
- Weekly settlements
- No equipment expenses
- In-house dispatching provided (we handle load booking, rate negotiations, and paperwork)

Driver Requirements
- CDL
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience
- Active DOT Medical Card or willing to get one
- Ability to legally complete full 11-hour driving shifts
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
- Must know how to check and verify freight and strap and secure for transit
- Required to load and unload freight when asked as well as deliver freight inside or to any designated areas
- Ability to stay out as required
