Part-Time Marketing Assistant / Content Creator
Milliken Corporation is looking for a creative, reliable part-time Marketing Assistant to help gather photo and video content from our construction sites across Middle Tennessee pockets. This role is a great fit for a college marketing student, aspiring content creator, or someone with a strong eye for photography, reels, and social media trends.
This position is approximately 10 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow over time. Pay is $20 per hour, and a gas allowance is provided. Candidates should preferably live in the Nashville or Williamson County area and must have a reliable vehicle for traveling to job sites.
Responsibilities include visiting active construction sites to capture high-quality photos and videos, helping create content for social media, staying on top of trends, and working with our team to showcase Milliken’s projects, people, and services. Some tasks will be flexible, while others will require being on-site at specific times to capture key moments, such as concrete pours or project milestones.
This role may also include occasional business development support, such as light data entry, trips to the post office, hand-writing cards, and helping with other small tasks that keep our outreach moving. The ideal candidate is creative, professional, comfortable in construction environments, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Drone experience is a plus!
