Job description:
Perform production activities: Dismantle/sort materials and place separated materials in designated containers.
Maintain clean, orderly, and professional work area.
Maintain respectful and helpful conduct with coworkers and management.
Use assigned safety equipment and follow procedures.
When applicable, assist in the development and daily delivery of an accurate update on completion status for each material lot received into your care.
Coordinate with Operations Manager regarding daily capacity and priority.
Assist in annual and periodic physical inventories.
Assist in trouble shooting inventory problems.
Meet established productivity standards; complete work in timely manner; strive to increase productivity.
Observe safety and security procedures. Report potentially unsafe conditions; use equipment and materials properly.
Safety shoes and glasses required at all times. Gloves and uniforms may be required. Respiratory protection may be required. Hearing protection may be required.
Experience driving a forklift, or ability to obtain certificate of training for driving a forklift.
Data entry experience.
Flexability required: Cross training may be required to complete other duties as necessary when assigned.
