Large condominium complex seeking a part time employee for second and third Security shifts. Part time hours with possible future opportunity for full time depending on experience and performance.

Responsibilities
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
- Monitor and authorize access control of vehicles or persons onto the property
- Enforcement of complex rules and regulations
- Making sure entrances, exits and stairwells are secure
- Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
- Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation
- Provide assistance to Owners and Guests of the property as needed
- Submit daily logs and reports of surveillance activity and important occurrences
Skills
- Security experience preferred
- Class D Unarmed Security License preferred but not required
- Familiarity with daily log and report writing
- Excellent surveillance, observation skills and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy with experience in surveillance systems, use of computers and typing
- First Aid/CPR training a plus
- Professional appearance and mannerisms when dealing with the public
- High School diploma is required
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
