About the Role
As a Precision Machining Specialist, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing facility by operating advanced CNC equipment to produce high-quality components for complex energy systems. You will leverage your technical expertise in machining and metrology to ensure production accuracy while maintaining a safe, high-performance work environment.
Responsibilities-
Set up and operate diverse CNC machinery to execute precision machining, bonding, and welding tasks.

Interpret complex blueprints and technical specifications to determine optimal tooling and process requirements.

Ensure consistent output quality by performing detailed metrology and adhering to rigorous quality assurance protocols.

Manage material handling using industrial devices such as overhead cranes and forklifts to support efficient workflow.

Contribute to a culture of safety by strictly following operational procedures and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Collaborate with the production team to meet manufacturing deadlines and maintain high standards of operational excellence.
Qualifications-
High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in CNC operations.

Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting complex engineering drawings and shop math.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass required pulmonary and physical health screenings.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Prior experience with laser applications and specialized coating machinery.

Current certification or ability to quickly obtain licensure for forklifts and industrial cranes.

Possession of a Career Readiness or Work Keys Certificate at the Silver level or higher.

Experience working within climate-controlled, high-precision manufacturing environments.
