A day might include
- Keeping someone company, and a caring eye on how they're doing

You'd be a great fit if you
- Lead with patience, warmth, and reliability. People are counting on you to show up
- Are registered on the California Home Care Aide (HCA) Registry, or ready to be. Already registered? Tell us your HCA ID and we can get you started faster.
- Can pass a background check (Live Scan) and TB clearance - employment is conditional on clearance
- Have reliable transportation, plus a valid California license and insurance if you'll be driving clients
- Are authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 18
- Bring experience if you have it - and a willing heart if you're newer. We'll train you.
