Service Manager Requirements:
- 3 Year of Heavy Equipment Repair AND 1 Year of Service Manager, Foreman, Lead or Similar Leadership experience required
- Heavy Equipment Diagnostic / Troubleshooting experience required
- Heavy Equipment Dealership experience preferred
- Experience with Volvo construction, or Aggregate Equipment preferred

Service Manager Responsibilities:
- This role involves managing the daily operations of a heavy equipment service department
- Responsibilities include supervising shop and field technicians, scheduling repairs and preventative maintenance
- Additional duties include coordinating workflow and work orders, supporting diagnostics and troubleshooting, managing technician productivity, overseeing warranty repairs, and coordinating mobile field service
- Work includes supporting the repair and maintenance of heavy construction and aggregate equipment, including excavators, wheel loaders, articulated haul trucks, dozers, motor graders, skid steers, compact track loaders, crushers, screening plants, conveyors, asphalt equipment, and other heavy equipment
- Providing exceptional leadership to the service team members
