Specialist- Document Management

The Specialist-Document Management provides comprehensive support for IU Health's document management program, executing standard, enterprise-wide processes for the creation, revision, approval, and storage of all documents within a single-source repository. This role is vital to increasing the quality, safety, and reliability of clinical and operational processes across all IU Health facilities. The Specialist will deliver education and guidance on document management principles to team members, leaders, and providers within their region and across the broader organization. Additionally, this position assists with team planning, execution, and workflow monitoring, leveraging critical thinking skills to assess operational needs, gather stakeholder input, and propose enhanced, efficient approval processes. Throughout all responsibilities, the Specialist ensures customer-centered support and professionalism while actively promoting program adherence.
Reports to: Manager-Accreditation and Regulatory
Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
Requires basic proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent years of experience required.
