Schedule: 6pm-6am (Monday night, Thursday Night, Friday night with two Saturdays per time track)

Our dialysis team provides life-sustaining treatments for patients requiring hemodialysis, including those with end-stage renal disease, acute kidney injury, and complex comorbidities.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
- Experience: One year dialysis experience, preferred.

Licensure/Certification: Current CCHT licensure in appropriate state required.

Additional Skills (required): Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Thorough knowledge of dialysis equipment and accessories. Analytical ability and basic computer skills. Good communication skills and has ability to set priorities and organize the workload of the unit regarding dialysis equipment. Capable of functioning alone in water equipment room. Working knowledge of various types of dialysis and water treatment equipment. Able to adapt to various situations and procedures.

What You'll Do:
As a Dialysis Technician, you play a critical role in delivering safe, high-quality dialysis treatments while supporting nurses and providers in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Preparing and maintaining dialysis equipment and machines prior to treatment- Initiating, monitoring, and discontinuing dialysis treatments under RN supervision
- Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns promptly
- Ensuring proper infection control practices and maintaining a clean, safe environment
- Assisting with patient setup, comfort, and education throughout treatment
- Documenting treatment data accurately within the electronic medical record
- Supporting inventory management and stocking of dialysis supplies
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
