Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and mission-driven Site Superintendent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and general upkeep of rental units and common areas—including public bathrooms, laundry facilities, meeting spaces, exterior building maintenance, and surrounding property grounds.
This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- After hours on-call rotation for emergency maintenance issues
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs in rental units and common areas
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of public spaces, including bathrooms, laundry rooms, and meeting areas
- Conduct general exterior building and grounds maintenance
- Respond to work orders and tenant concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the broader Site Superintendent team to ensure quality standards across all properties

Physical Requirements:
- Push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 75 lbs)
- Ability to climb ladders, bend, and crawl into confined spaces
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Exposure to both indoor and outdoor working conditions

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
