Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, contributing to the beauty and functionality of landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to groundskeeping and ensuring that our clients' properties are well-kept and visually appealing.
Duties
- Maintain landscapes by performing regular mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns.
- Execute certain tree care tasks including tree trimming.
- Build and install landscape features such as flower beds, pathways, and retaining walls.
- Perform debris removal, weeding, and mulching.
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently, demonstrating mechanical knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscaping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including mowing and landscaping.
- Ability to operate landscaping tools and machinery with mechanical knowledge.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to landscape management.
- A valid driver's license is required for transportation between job sites.
- The ability to drive a truck and trailer is preferred.
- The ability to pass a drug test.

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
