If you know what a well-run independent shop looks like — and you've been one of the reasons it runs that way — this role is for you.
At Dieter's Automotive, we've built a reputation on doing quality work and treating customers like people, not ticket numbers. We're hiring an experienced Service Advisor who can walk into this environment and hit the ground running: writing accurate ROs, presenting honest estimates, and being the steady voice between customers and technicians.
Abraham, the owner, built this shop to do things the right way — and he's only interested in adding people who share that standard. If you're a top performer who wants to be recognized and rewarded as one, keep reading.
This is not a training role. We're looking for someone who already understands the job and is ready to own it.
