Position Summary
We’re looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our night shift team. This role is responsible for operating CNC equipment to produce accurate, high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Schedule
- Night Shift: Monday–Thursday
- Start Time: 5:00 PM
- Shift Length: 10 hours
- Overtime as needed
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to production requirements
- Read blueprints, drawings, and work orders for proper setup
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and tolerances are met
- Perform basic maintenance and keep equipment clean
- Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate when needed
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years CNC machine operating experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately required
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Experience in a manufacturing or steel environment preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working night shift
