Licensed Massage Therapist – Advanced Lymphatic & Post-Surgical Recovery Training
Lymphyx Beverly Hills is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about developing advanced hands-on skills in post-operative recovery and lymphatic therapy.
This is not a routine spa massage position.
We are looking for someone who feels they have more to offer than performing the same relaxation massage every day—someone who wants to build a specialized skill set under direct mentorship and become an expert in a rapidly growing niche.
You will receive extensive one-on-one training in the Lymphyx Method, including:
- Post-operative lymphatic drainage
- Authentic Brazilian lymphatic drainage
- Fibrosis management and tissue softening
- Swelling reduction and recovery support
- Clinical tissue assessment
- Client education and customized recovery planning
Who We're Looking For
We're searching for a therapist who is eager to learn, highly coachable, and takes pride in refining their craft.
The ideal candidate:
- Current California Licensed Massage Therapist (CAMTC)
- Approximately 2+ years post-graduation preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Feels limited by traditional spa massage and wants to specialize
- Takes correction professionally and applies feedback immediately
- Strong body mechanics and excellent hand awareness
- Able to quickly adjust pressure, technique, and positioning based on instruction
- Detail-oriented and highly observant
- Calm, professional, and compassionate with clients
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to continuous learning
- Passionate about anatomy, healing, and achieving measurable client outcomes
Training
This position includes extensive hands-on mentorship directly from Juanita Chabolla, founder of Lymphyx Beverly Hills, who has spent years developing a highly customized recovery approach for post-surgical patients.
Our philosophy is simple:
Recovery is never routine. Every client receives a customized treatment strategy based on their procedure, healing stage, tissue presentation, and individual needs.
We invest significant time training our therapists because our standards are exceptionally high.
Schedule
Part-time to start, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as your training progresses and client demand increases.
Compensation & Career Growth
At Lymphyx, we believe in investing in our therapists through hands-on mentorship, advanced education, and long-term career development.
Compensation begins with a structured training phase, during which you will work directly alongside Juanita while developing proficiency in the Lymphyx Method. During this period, compensation is based on a training percentage of services performed.
