Escape Room Wisconsin is looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives, serving as the face of our business.
No two shifts are the same. One moment you'll be welcoming guests, the next you'll be monitoring an escape room adventure, celebrating a team's victory, or resetting a room for the next group.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome guests and provide an exceptional customer experience from arrival to departure
- Check in reservations and process purchases
- Introduce guests to their escape room experience and deliver engaging game briefings
- Serve as a Game Master by monitoring games, providing clues when appropriate, and ensuring every team has an incredible experience
- Reset escape rooms between games to maintain quality and attention to detail
- Assist with birthday parties, corporate events, and special group experiences
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Stock merchandise and supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility
- Work as part of a team to create memorable experiences for every guest
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

- Comfortable speaking in front of groups
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Able to think on their feet and solve problems quickly
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced entertainment environment
- Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
