Pollo Tropical is seeking a driven and energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to support restaurant management recruiting across multiple markets. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, people-focused company experiencing rapid growth.

What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for restaurant hourly team members and management roles
- Partner closely with field operations leaders to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through multiple recruiting channels
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Attend recruiting events, job fairs, community events, and networking opportunities
- Travel to restaurant locations and hiring events as needed, including overnight travel
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS
- Support employer branding and recruiting marketing initiatives
- Stay informed on hiring trends and market conditions within the restaurant industry
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or high-volume environments
- Experience recruiting for management-level positions preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and high-volume hiring activity
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms such as Indeed
- Must be willing and able to travel regularly, including occasional overnight stays
- Ability to work flexible hours based on recruiting and operational needs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Bilingual in Spanish or Creole is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
