Per Service hour: $30 Base + $4 Weekend Differential + $2 Productivity Incentive

Clear and Competitive Compensation:
Starting Base Pay: $30.00 per service-hour delivered
Weekend Differential: +$4.00 per service-hour (Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays)
Productivity Incentive: +$2.00 per service-hour (25 or more service-hours per week)
Additional earnings: card tips average $34 per service, enhancement bonuses range from $2-$10. Cash and card tips are received same day.
