Trails of Orono, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Home Health Aide, HHA, & CNA (FT AM/PT PM) to join our team!

Trails of Orono Senior Living, is located in Orono, MN. We are in a serene wooded setting just west of Minneapolis and next to the Luce Line Trail. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Trails of Orono is an established community with a fun, caring, and passionate team. Join our team today!

Position: Home Health Aide, HHA, & CNA

Hourly: $17.00 - $19.00 for HHA and $19.00 - $24.00 for CNA per hour, depending on experience

Service Area: 875 Wayzata Boulevard, Wayzata, MN 55391

Schedule: Full and part-time FTE options below.

Option 1, 0.8 FTE AM 7am-3pm - Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday / Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday

Option 2, 0.6 FTE PM 3pm-11pm - Week 1: Sunday, Monday and Thursday / Week 2: Thursday, Friday and Saturday

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
Assist with medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
Strong interest in healthcare.
Positive, compassionate attitude.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
