Our property features a hot tub, fire pit, cozy lounge area and an outdoor charm that draws visitors from around the world. As we head into our busy season, we are looking to add dedicated team members who share our commitment to quality and hospitality.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Housekeeper to join our team in a temporary seasonal role. This position is ideal for someone looking for immediate work with the opportunity to transition into a permanent full time position as we move into the summer busy season, assuming it is a good fit for both sides.
The ideal candidate has prior housekeeping or professional cleaning experience, strong attention to detail, and takes pride in creating spotless, welcoming spaces for guests. If you enjoy working independently, staying organized, and being part of a small, supportive team, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to Adventure Inn’s high standards
- Restock supplies, linens, and amenities in rooms
- Report any maintenance issues or room damage to management promptly
- Ensure public spaces (lounge, hot tub area, fire pit surroundings) are clean and tidy
- Follow proper sanitation and safety protocols at all times
- Occasionally assist with laundry duties
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Represent Adventure Inn with professionalism and hospitality
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation to and from the property
- Ability to bend, lift (up to 30 lbs), and stand for extended periods
- Previous housekeeping or professional cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
