POSITION SUMMARY
DEMA Services is seeking motivated and experienced plumbing professionals to join our growing Single-Family Residential Plumbing team. We are hiring at all experience levels, from Apprentice Plumbers just beginning their careers to Journeyman, Foreman, and Master Plumbers with extensive residential construction experience.
This role supports high-volume residential new construction projects throughout Colorado. Team members will install plumbing systems in production-style home builds while maintaining quality workmanship, safety standards, production schedules, and builder expectations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Apprentice & Residential Plumbers
- Assist with installation of plumbing systems in single-family residential new construction.
- Learn and perform underground, rough-in, trim, and final plumbing phases.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites.
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Work alongside experienced plumbers and foremen to develop skills.
Journeyman, Lead, Foreman & Master Plumbers
- Lead and supervise plumbing crews on residential construction projects.
- Coordinate daily activities with builders, superintendents, and internal teams.
- Install and oversee plumbing systems from underground through final completion.
- Train and mentor apprentices and junior plumbers.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot field issues and provide solutions.
- Order and manage materials as needed.
- Install and oversee radon mitigation systems when required (training available).
- Ensure compliance with all company, safety, and plumbing code requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in single-family residential new construction plumbing.
- Experience with undergrounds, rough-ins, trims, and finals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production-building environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Leadership experience preferred for Lead, Foreman, and Master-level positions.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move construction materials as needed.
- Radon License preferred but not required.
EDUCATION & LICENSING
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Trade School or Plumbing Certification preferred.
- Apprentice Registration, Journeyman License, or Master Plumber License welcomed and encouraged.
- We are willing to consider candidates at various stages of their plumbing careers.
COMPUTER & TECHNOLOGY SKILLS
- Basic proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and digital applications.
- Microsoft Outlook and email communication experience preferred.
- Experience with PlanGrid, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office is a plus for leadership roles.
