We are seeking a knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable Budtender to join our dispensary team. The Budtender will be the face of our cannabis retail store, responsible for guiding customers through product selection, sharing knowledge about strains and effects, and ensuring a positive and compliant shopping experience.

Greet and engage customers in a warm and professional manner

Assist customers in selecting cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, and budget

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, including strains, effects, consumption methods, and legal regulations

Verify customers’ age and identification in accordance with state laws

Accurately process sales transactions and operate the POS system

Educate customers on safe and responsible cannabis use

Maintain a clean environment, organized display areas

Comply with all state and local cannabis laws, as well as internal company policies

Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate as needed

Must be at least 21 years old

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Prior retail or customer service experience preferred

Strong knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods a plus
