Job Summary
Pilsen Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated technical support specialist to work with the IT Director, IT team members, and maintenance staff to maintain, improve and expand the IT infrastructure for Pilsen Wellness Center, Inc.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve PC hardware/software
- Deploy/install/maintain PC hardware/software, office telephones and related equipment
- Support the IT Director and team in maintaining a reliable, efficient IT environment for all agency staff and clients
- Provide technical support over the phone, email, remotely or on site to agency staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma and 2 or more years of experience troubleshooting PC hardware/software, basic network, and printing problems in a work environment.
- Ability to work well with all levels of internal management, staff and vendors
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Project coordination skills
- Strong technical experience
