About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Cornell Care & Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of our medical team. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
Assisting with mobility and transfers, as needed
Providing emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of patient care

Requirements:
Current CNA certification in the state of New Jersey
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
