Sales Representative

$50,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
Rare Blue Moon Marketing is growing fast, and we are looking for hungry, confident sales professionals who know how to create opportunities instead of waiting for them.
This is not an account management position. Your primary responsibility will be cold outreach, building relationships, scheduling qualified appointments, presenting our marketing solutions, and generating new business. You will connect with business owners through phone calls, email, social media, networking, and in person outreach.
Many of our successful representatives begin earning between $10,000 and $15,000 per month within their first six months through a combination of base salary and commission. Results vary, but the opportunity is real for someone willing to consistently put in the work.
What You Will Do
- Conduct consistent cold outreach to business owners and decision makers
- Generate new opportunities through calls, email, social media, networking, and walk ins
- Schedule and conduct qualified sales appointments
- Understand each prospect’s goals, challenges, and current marketing strategy
- Present RBM’s digital marketing services with confidence
- Maintain organized follow up and manage your sales pipeline
- Meet weekly standards for outreach, appointments, presentations, and new revenue
- Attend company meetings, sales training, and community events
- Build long term relationships that create renewals, referrals, and additional opportunities
What We Are Looking For
- At least two years of professional sales experience
- Strong cold calling and prospecting ability
- Confidence speaking with business owners and executives
- Excellent communication, follow up, and relationship building skills
- Competitive mindset and a genuine desire to win
- Coachability and willingness to follow a proven sales process
- Self motivation, personal accountability, and consistent work ethic
- Experience selling marketing, advertising, technology, or professional services is preferred but not required
Compensation and Opportunity
- $50,000 annual base salary
