Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Handyman to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building interior systems.
- Repair electrical equipment, plumbing systems, HVAC units, and other facilities equipment using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Utilize schematics, technical manuals to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Conduct welding, carpentry, painting , and maintenance painting tasks to uphold facility standards.
- Operate hand tools, ohmmeters, schematics readers, and other specialized equipment to diagnose problems accurately.
- Supervise or assist with maintenance projects while ensuring safety protocols are followed diligently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) within restaurants.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience.
- Skilled in electrical work, plumbing system maintenance and repair, HVAC system repair, and building interior maintenance.
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams.
- Proficiency with hand tools, electrical equipment repair tools, welding equipment, and plumbing tools.
- Knowledge of facilities equipment maintenance including HVAC systems and electrical systems; experience with maintenance painting is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-specialists.
- Valid certifications related to electrical work or HVAC repair are preferred but not mandatory.
