Penmac Staffing is hiring a Material Handler / Floor Coordinator for a growing manufacturing facility in the Brainerd area. This is a full-time, 3rd shift opportunity with pay ranging from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour. Requirements for the Material Handler / Floor Coordinator
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read schedules and follow written instructions
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, forklift, or pallet jack experience is helpful
- Must be willing to submit to required pre-employment screenings
Material Handler / Floor Coordinator Responsibilities
As a Material Handler / Floor Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping production equipment supplied with materials and ready to operate. Responsibilities include:
- Transport materials and production components to equipment throughout the facility
- Review production schedules and prepare materials for upcoming jobs
- Stage materials in designated areas for efficient workflow
- Pull and organize job components, supplies, and packaging materials
- Deliver completed materials to the appropriate production or shipping departments
- Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding staged materials and production needs
- Operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment safely
- Assist with general production and bindery operations as needed
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
Pay and Schedule
- 3rd Shift Monday-Friday 10:30pm-7am
- Full-time hours
- Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
