Must meet one of the state qualifications to be a lead teacher.
Associates degree with specific childcare courses and experience
CDA and experience
Bachelors Degree in an education field with courses in infant/toddler
Must pass 2 background checks
CPR/First Aid trained or be willing to obtain
Must continue training through out the year. (Training is paid for by employer)
