We are recruiting for a Construction Coordinator at our Nashville, TN corporate headquarters. This position will support the Construction Manager in all aspects of construction management for both tenant improvement and capital projects. The CC’s duties include overseeing contractors, managing schedules, tracking budgets, coordinating design activities between architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, landlords and regulatory agencies to ensure timely completion within budgeted costs and schedule.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate project information within project management systems and databases.

Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and record and distribute meeting minutes.

Track project progress against budgeted costs and scheduled timelines; identify and report variances.

Communicate with tenants regarding assigned projects, manage expectations, and provide timely updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Prepare, execute, and maintain contracts for architects, general contractors, and other vendors as needed.

Process and track vendor invoices, ensuring timely payment and resolution of billing issues.

Ensure project activities comply with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Review and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and project specifications.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience in healthcare/medical office space planning and design.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
-
Ability to travel occasionally (<10%).
