Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Data Entry Specialist to join a fast-paced transportation and logistics team. The ideal candidate will have experience in trucking, freight, or transportation environments and be comfortable working within the TMW Transportation Management System (TMS).
Responsibilities
- Enter load, shipment, driver, and customer information into TMW
- Gather and process PODs (Proofs of Delivery) from carriers
- Create and maintain Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documentation
- Audit freight bills and shipment records for accuracy
- Maintain accurate customer and carrier information
- Assist with invoicing, reporting, and logistics coordination
- Ensure compliance with transportation procedures and data accuracy standards
Qualifications
- Previous logistics, transportation, dispatch, or freight experience preferred
- Experience with TMW/TMW Suite software strongly preferred
- Strong data entry and typing accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics terminology
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
Schedule: M-F 8AM-5PM
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
