What You'll Do
No two days are the same! You'll use your technical expertise to diagnose problems, deliver solutions, and help homeowners stay comfortable year-round.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems, including split systems, heat pumps, package units, and gas furnaces
- Perform preventative maintenance and complete routine system inspections
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues
- Accurately document work performed, parts used, and equipment conditions
- Clearly explain system issues and recommended solutions to homeowners
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every visit
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
- Follow all company safety procedures and EPA regulations
- Participate in the on-call rotation as required
What We're Looking For
We're searching for technicians who enjoy solving problems, take pride in quality workmanship, and are committed to providing an exceptional customer experience.
Preferred qualifications include:
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently
- Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and commitment to doing the job right
