We are seeking a Real Estate Business Coach to coach and mentor real estate agents as they grow their businesses using our proven models, systems, and accountability.
Through both group training and individual coaching, this role helps agents develop the skills, consistency, and confidence needed to build thriving real estate businesses.
The right coach can completely change the trajectory of an agent’s career.
This role is ideal for a productive real estate professional who enjoys mentoring others and helping agents build stronger businesses.
What You'll Do
- Lead group training sessions, masterminds, and productivity workshops
- Provide one-on-one coaching to real estate agents focused on productivity and business growth
- Help agents implement proven models, systems, and lead generation strategies
- Assist agents with business planning, goal setting, and daily success habits
- Track agent progress and provide accountability and performance feedback
- Help agents navigate real-world business challenges including contracts and negotiations
- Support the brokerage’s overall training and agent development initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Active Arizona Real Estate License (Required)
- Experience coaching or leading training in both group settings and individual coaching
- Strong knowledge of real estate sales, contracts, and lead generation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups and leading training sessions
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple coaching relationships

Compensation
Salary + performance-based incentives
Expected annual range:
$75,000 – $200,000 per year
Schedule
Part-time
Flexible schedule with availability for:
- Group training sessions and productivity workshops
- Leadership meetings
- One-on-one coaching and time spent supporting agents
