About the Role
The Fire Loss Scout is responsible for identifying active fire losses and creating opportunities for our sales team.
You are the eyes and ears of the company in the field.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys driving, investigating, networking, and working independently.
Responsibilities
- Locate active fire loss opportunities
- Conduct field reconnaissance
- Gather property information
- Establish initial contact opportunities
- Coordinate with sales closers
- Maintain accurate lead records
- Support marketing efforts
- Assist with emergency response activities
- Attend team meetings and training
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic
- Comfortable working independently
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to think strategically
- Familiarity with DFW geography preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license
