Our Global Security team is looking for a Part Time Corporate Security Specialist with strong operational experience, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to physical security. These individuals are the cornerstone of our campus safety program, providing daily onsite support and ensuring the protection of our people, property, and brand reputation.
Position Details: Primarily Weekend and after-hour coverage
Location: St. Paul, MN, Eagan, MN
The opportunity to take on some of the world’s most meaningful challenges, helping customers achieve clean water, safe food, and healthy environments.
Communicate effectively with law enforcement, fire departments, emergency medical personnel, and other agencies during emergency situations.
Participate in regular training on verbal de-escalation, conflict resolution, and use-of-force protocols, with ongoing performance evaluations.
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years of direct knowledge of access control and CCTV platforms
2 years of relevant experience in public safety, security operations, and procedures.
High degree of flexibility for shift times/dates to backfill call offs
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is $45,700.00 - $68,600.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
