Northgate Health & Rehabilitation is looking for dependable, hardworking, and compassionate Housekeepers to join our team. We are currently hiring for both Full-Time and PRN positions.
Our housekeeping team plays an essential role in creating a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. If you take pride in your work, have an eye for detail, and enjoy making a positive impact every day, we'd love to hear from you.

Benefits eligibility is based on employment status and company plan guidelines.
- Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, offices, dining areas, and common spaces.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment throughout the facility.
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect assigned areas.
- Collect and dispose of trash and biohazard waste according to facility procedures.
- Replenish paper products, soap, and other housekeeping supplies.
- Follow infection prevention and control practices.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report maintenance needs.
- Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from residents and staff.
- Follow all safety procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with nursing and other departments to ensure an exceptional resident experience.
- Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare facility, nursing home, rehabilitation center, hotel, or commercial setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.
