We are currently seeking self-motivated, energetic and confident individuals to join our Capezio Wayne team. We are in need of part time management team members (key holders) who can develop strong relationships with our customers in the Wayne, NJ.
Part Time Key Holder Requirements:
General Requirements:
· Dance, Theatre and Arts experience not mandatory but helpful
· Strong communication skills; leadership qualities
· Must be 18 years of age or older with a license and a car
·Must have weekend availability.
· Strong computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Strong selling strategies when it comes to fashion and dance apparel
· Ability to manage/train staff members
· · Must have knowledge of basic math functions (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and calculating percentages).
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable laws. Including but not limited to:
· Planning, assigning and directing work
· Appraising performance
$16.50 per hour
