Job Description:
FormFactor is seeking a highly motivated HRIS Systems Analyst to support the administration, governance, compliance, and ongoing enhancement of our Workday platform. This role will partner with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Finance, Internal Audit, and IT teams to ensure Workday operates efficiently, securely, and in compliance with company policies.
The ideal candidate combines strong Workday system administration skills with operational execution, reporting, security governance, and project coordination capabilities. This individual will help drive continuous improvement of Workday business processes, security administration, reporting, audit readiness, and end-user support.
Operational Support & Processing
Support workforce lifecycle transactions including hires, transfers, terminations, reorganizations, compensation, benefits, and security-related activities.
Workday System Administration
Configure and maintain Workday security roles, security groups, business processes, organizations, and configuration updates.
Support Workday reporting, analytics, and data delivery needs across functional areas, including writing reports, dashboards, calculated fields, extracts, and ad hoc data requests.
Security Governance & Compliance
Project & Continuous Improvement Support
Assist with requirements gathering, testing, documentation, training, and deployment activities.
Preferred Qualifications & Experiences:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Workday certifications (HCM, Security, Reporting, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related areas).
Knowledge of HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or Talent business processes.
