POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and guest-focused Bellman / Valet to provide exceptional service to our hotel and restaurant guests. This role requires an energetic and friendly individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making positive, lasting impressions.
As a Bellman / Valet, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and smooth experience from the moment they arrive.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and welcome guests at the hotel’s front entrance, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and provide valet service for Grill 225 and Pavilion Bar.
- Assist guests with exiting their vehicles and handle luggage during arrival and check-in.
- Escort hotel guests into the property, assist with the check-in process, and ensure a smooth transition to their rooms.
- Deliver luggage to guest rooms and familiarize them with room features.
- Attend to guest requests during their stay, providing excellent service and hospitality.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREENING PROCESS:
