We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Real Estate Business Relationship Manager to serve as the local representative of our growing real estate investment company.
We are looking for someone to rely on who can build meaningful relationships within the local real estate community while also serving as our boots on the ground by meeting with homeowners, evaluating properties, and assisting with acquisitions.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, meeting new people, solving problems, and being out in the field. You'll have the opportunity to create referral partnerships, identify off-market opportunities, and help homeowners find solutions while working closely with our acquisitions team.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, wholesalers, attorneys, lenders, title companies, contractors, investors, probate professionals, and other referral partners.
- Generate off-market property opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Attend networking events, REIA meetings, Chamber of Commerce events, trade shows, and community functions.
- Educate referral partners on our home-buying process and the solutions we provide to homeowners.
- Develop long-term partnerships that consistently generate qualified leads.
- Maintain regular communication with referral partners through calls, emails, meetings, and social media.
- Track networking activity, referrals, and relationship development in our CRM.
Property Acquisition & Field Operations
- Coordinate appointments with homeowners for property walkthroughs.
- Meet sellers at properties for scheduled appointments.
- Conduct detailed interior and exterior property evaluations.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of properties using a smartphone.
- Identify visible repair needs and provide detailed property condition notes.
- Identify relevant recent comparable sales in our local market around subject property, which will be used to generate a purchase offer to be presented to the homeowner.
- Review purchase agreements with sellers and obtain contract signatures when appropriate.
- Upload photos, signed documents, and property information into relevant CRMs and company systems.
- Communicate findings to the acquisitions team to assist with underwriting and decision-making.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and update lead activity promptly.
- Represent the company professionally during every seller interaction.
Qualifications

- Comfortable attending networking events and meeting with homeowners.
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
- Ability to learn and navigate CRM software, Google Drive, and mobile applications.
- Basic photography skills (iPhone or equivalent).
- Real estate, sales, construction, property inspection, or business development experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of residential construction and repair costs is a plus.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel for appointments.
